Background

I was born and raised in California. From my youngest years I have enjoyed a facsination with commercial real estate, starting when my father bought a marine parts store in Marin County in the sixties. Shortly after graduating from California State University at Chico, I invested in my first piece of real estate - a small condo in Huntington Beach - and since then have personally bought, sold, and managed commercial properties throughout the Los Angeles and Orange County area.

I have been in the commercial and industrial real estate brokerage business since the beginning of the millennium and became a licensed broker in 2007 (DRE license 00346517).

Prior to joining Penta Pacific Properties in 2002, I had a successful career in the Information Technology industry for over 20 years. I held positions in sales and management for Sun Microsystems (Nasdaq: SUNW), Intermec Inc. (NYSE:IN), MSI Data, Sperry UNIVAC and Burroughs.
